Scope of legal services:

Preparing and conducting all court litigations before common courts of all instances, administrative courts, the Supreme Court, persecution and enforcement authorities.

Providing comprehensive litigation services for enterprises and natural persons in cooperation with other departments of the law firm, covering disputes concerning civil, family, administrative, criminal, criminal and fiscal law:

all litigations concerning real properties, including acquisition of ownership right – developer agreements, initial agreements of sale,
inheritance litigations,
all litigations concerning execution of contractual obligations (litigations for payment, construction issues, commercial contracts, etc.),
divorce, separation, alimony litigations,
litigations for parental care, contact with children,
division of property,
business offences (abuse, mismanagement, extortion, fraud, etc.),
offences concerning documents (forgery, certification of untruth, etc.),
litigations concerning legal liability connected with fiscal law, etc.,
conducting proceedings to secure claims and enforcement proceedings,
commercial litigations between natural persons, corporate persons, concerning all agreements and obligations, including unfair competition,
litigations for copyright protection.
