establishing a cooperative, preparing a statute and any documents necessary for registration at the Register Court;
preparing draft minutes and resolutions of the Meeting of Partners and Shareholders;
drafting regulations of the Management Board and Supervisory Board;
drafting agreements with members of the Management Board and proxies;
due diligence of the enterprise and real property;
representing before courts in proceedings concerning appeals against resolutions, convening meetings of partners, transformation and liquidation of commercial law companies;
representing in composition and bankruptcy proceedings.
